At 07.03, Faris has some brilliant advice about needing to be expert in something that is vaguely unique to you versus other Planners (in your agency or local area) like your way of thinking, sector expertise or technical skills.
In his words, “If you’re just a Planner, there are lots of people who are just Planners. You need to get really good at being your version of a Planner and have your own toolkit, your own tricks.”
